Podcast review — Modern Music Journal

“John Bradley is the vanguard of a ‘New Traditionalist’ movement.”
“He understands that authenticity isn’t a filter you apply in post-production — it’s something earned through the journey. And there is no better case study for this than his track, ‘Old Truck’.”
“He isn’t just writing songs; he is capturing the ‘analog soul’ of the human experience… in a world of digital certainty.”

The Artist

About

Greenwich, Connecticut is a long way from a honky-tonk. John Bradley knows it, and he doesn’t pretend otherwise.

Born February 23, 1994, and raised in one of the wealthiest towns in America, Bradley has a background nobody expected in country music. His only credential is the one that ever counted: the songs.

He writes the traditional way — great storytelling, plainspoken, no ornament on it. What he’s after is the honest detail. The ironic observation about an ordinary day. The lesson that cost something to learn. The thing a person means but doesn’t quite say out loud.
